The porter is responsible for maintaining a high level of sanitation throughout the department. Work is coordinated through daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Knowledgeable in Trayline positions, works on Trayline as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred..

Training and Experience:

Previous institutional food service experience helpful.
