We are hiring for Sanitation Supervisor on our 1st shift.

You will report to the Plant Quality manager and join a team of 235 plus team member.

You will work onsite at our Food manufacturing plant is in Kent WA.

Job Summary

Responsible for sanitation requirements of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Develop plant sanitation programs and procedures. Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, contractors and plant partners to provide a clean and sterile facility. Assure compliance with regulatory agencies regarding sanitation requirements and the use of cleaning and exterminating agents. Manage multiple responsibilities of the business and creating an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve sanitation results.

Position Responsibilities

Plan, organize, implement, train, and monitor plant sanitation crew, processes, and methodsPlan and implement daily, weekly, and periodic plant wide cleaning and sanitation activityMaintain the plant Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS), the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) per USDA regulations, the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP), and Environmental Swabbing ProgramWork with management for constant improvement of sanitation processesConduct periodic plant inspections and audits, tracking progress of corrective actionsReport any food safety issues to management.

Position Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree requiredExperience with Food Safety Guidelines/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safe procedures.Experience with HACCP PlansUnderstanding of government regulations (FDA, USDA)Understanding of Clean in Place (CIP) and Clean Out Place (COP) systemsFamiliar with Fundamentals of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)Read, write and speak fluent EnglishLarge organization/corporate experienceManage tasksyou will use a computer.Read measurements.Microbial knowledge is recommended2 or more years of experience required

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
