We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Supervisor to ensure proper shift staffing, enforce safety practices, and train and develop employees. The role involves maintaining training documentation, preparing daily production reports, managing time records, following food quality standards, and verifying HACCP and other necessary documents as required by the HACCP plan.
ResponsibilitiesAssure proper staffing requirements are being met for departmental shiftsDemonstrate and enforce all safety practices/policiesMaintain the scheduling and facilitate the safety toolbox chats with staff twice a monthConduct coaching sessions with staff as neededPrepare and present the department’s daily production report.Assure efficiencies are met and/or exceeded.Perform Supervisor’s Accident Investigation as neededManage employee time recordsResponsible for supervisor’s upkeep of new hire training documentation and developmentAssure that all food quality standards are followedVerify HACCP and other documents as required by HACCP planAssure that department is running as smooth as possible at all times and eliminate downtimeMonitor GMP’s and enforcing policies of the companyEssential SkillsStrong leadership qualities, responsible, dependable, and organizedAbility to work in a refrigerated environment 2+ years sanitation supervisory experience with food industry experience and familiarity with USDA and OSHA is required. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

For Salaried Employees
Production management's annual salary is based upon a 5-day work week, Monday through Friday. When business needs require a 6th and 7th day of work, you are paid 20% of your weekly gross salary per weekend day worked.
