Job Description A client of insight global is looking for a Sanitation Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for creating schedules for employees to stay on top of audits, you will evaluate sanitary conditions visually and analytically and take corrective actions in preparation for internal and third-party audits. You will ensure cleaning procedures are maintained and updated and conducting plant wide and departmental mandated training. Supervise Quality and MSS Cleaning Staff. Ensure Diversity and Inclusion meets/exceeds corporate standards. Proactively engage in the development and training of associates and support such plans developed by plant leadership; you will interact with various personalities from union employees up to plant directors. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
