What You'll Do: The Industrial Sanitation position is responsible for general cleaning and sanitation of the production areas and facility as outlined in the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS). You will utilize, mixand control sanitation chemicals and equipment, documenting use and maintaining secure inventory of chemicals and equipment. You will also monitor, self-audit and verify cleaning by the production staff, assist with their chemical, equipment and PPE training and questions and be involved in implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Plan. In thissecond shift role, you'll work with the production team, supporting the Production Supervisor in all industrial sanitation needs and reporting to the Sanitation Supervisor. What You'll Need to Succeed: + High School graduate or equivalent required. + 1 yr. Food or Chemical manufacturing experience preferred, preferable in a sanitation role. + Understanding of SSOP's, CIP's and chemical handling preferred. + 6 mo. Prior lift truck operation and prior safety certification. + Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred. + Attend work as scheduled and availability to work overtime if needed.
