**Job Title: Sanitation Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated Sanitation Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the production of flour-based pizza doughs, sauces, spices, mixes, and other related products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable mixing, blending, and handling various ingredients and products, as well as operating various machinery as needed. **Responsibilities** + Mix and blend various ingredients and products in the production of flour-based pizza doughs, sauces, spices, mixes, etc. + Operate various machinery as required. + Lift, pour, and stack bags of product weighing up to 50 lbs. + Follow written and verbal work orders accurately. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, food handling, and machine operation. + Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours and lift/move 50 lb bags throughout the day. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machine operating and/or food production is a plus. + Ability to speak and understand Spanish is preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values hard work, dedication, and the opportunity to grow within the company. The work involves handling ingredients and operating machinery, requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy bags.
