As a Production Sanitation Technician, you will maintain sanitation in production areas, safely operate equipment, clean facility spaces, rework products, ensure food safety, and adhere to cleanliness and quality protocols to support smooth production operations. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
MAU Anderson (2923 N. Main St., Suite B, Anderson, SC 29621) offers walk-in hours Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
What We Offer: Pay of $16.00/hour First and Third Shift Available Dental Insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required Ability to work extended hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all customer requirements and quality standards What You’ll Do as a Production Sanitation Technician: Ensure proper sanitation by cleaning production areas, removing and sanitizing machine parts, and maintaining plant cleanliness per the master sanitation schedule Safely operate equipment, including motorized pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and forklifts, to access and move materials Ensure all production lines are protected from overspray and contamination during cleaning Perform duties such as cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and garbage disposal to maintain facility cleanliness Rework products as needed, minimize waste and notify production leads of malfunctions Support food safety and quality by monitoring GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP protocols Ensure the production floor is always SQF-ready and promptly address any issues
