**Job Title: Industrial Sanitation Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sanitation Worker to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a experience in industrial chemical sanitation, ideally within the food production industry. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints. **Responsibilities** + Clean the floor, equipment, and other necessary areas for the next day's production. + Perform a deep clean prior to the next day of production. + Clean machines with chemicals to ensure they are ready for production by 5:30 am. + Clean and sanitize the pipes that fill the bottles and each piece of the production line. + Ensure cleaning is done when machines are not running. + Handle and work with heavy-duty chemicals, with provided PPE including gloves and white suits. **Essential Skills** + Experience in industrial chemical sanitation, ideally in food manufacturing. + Ability to work in a GMP/SOP environment, including wearing hair nets, glasses, etc. + Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs. + Ability to work quickly and maintain good attendance. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in cleaning, production, general labor, janitorial work, food production, industrial cleaning, sweeping, GMP, sanitation, and food manufacturing packaging. **Why Work Here?** Join a union facility that values its employees and offers opportunities for growth and development within the food manufacturing industry. **Work Environment** Work in a food manufacturing environment that complies with all CGMP and HAACP guidelines. The production floor is not climate-controlled, being cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
