Purpose Statement

The Night Shift Sanitor is an expert in the sanitation process of our facility. They will be responsible for cleaning all equipment on all lines. They will also be responsible for providing training to night shift production associates while doing sanitation activities.

- 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am)

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Work in a safe manner and promote safety first mentality. Be able to follow company policies. Ability to understand and take directions. Be able to work flexible hours. Be able to work overtime if required. Be able to work in wet, dusty, hot and cold conditions. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with coworkers, management, vendors. Learn how to and become proficient at cleaning all equipment on all lines. Complete sanitation paperwork in Kleanz system. Own the cleanliness and 6S of their work area. Clean idle equipment as needed. Clean adverse events as needed. Clean fryer filters and use COP tank as needed. Complete MSS tasks as directed. Mix chemicals and titrate as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Must maintain good attendance. Must be a team player and help others out Knowledge, Skills, and Experience High school diploma or GED. Demonstrate ability to understand and take directions. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Be able to work with minimum supervision. Be willing to learn new methods and procedures. Be able to stand on hard surfaces for 8 hours. Be able to climb ladders and stairs. Be able to kneel, bend and stoop. Work underneath equipment.
