職務
倉庫管理業務のシステム化を検討されているお客様に対するSAP EWMアプリケーション導入コンサルティング。具体的には、EWM導入プロジェクトへのリード/参画、導入プロジェクトの提案書作成支援及びスポットコンサルティングに従事いただきます。
最低限必須となる経験とスキル
SAP EWMソリューションの導入、もしくは他社WMSパッケージのシステム導入プロジェクト経験が複数回ある (チームリーダレベル)。 SAP EWMの導入プロジェクト経験は必須ではないものの、ソフトウェアパッケージであるSAP EWM製品の早期習得が可能な意欲・経験をもつ。 プロジェクトフェーズの全工程(プロジェクト準備、ビジネス設計、開発、結合テスト、システムテスト)の経験がある。 業務要件定義から、システム要件定義に至るまでのプロジェクト上流工程の経験。 多拠点倉庫の一元集中管理やトレーサビリティ、ロット管理、マテハン連携など倉庫業界要件に対する知見がある。 クライアントとの高いコミュニケーションスキル、クライアント期待値コントロールスキルがある。 社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、SAPグループ内のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつ。
以下の経験、スキルをもっている方は、特に優遇します
倉庫管理システムの導入プロジェクトに関する提案経験。営業と共に顧客を訪問し、顧客のニーズを正確に理解した上で適切な提案書を作成する能力。 非常に複雑な課題に対して、お客様に対して的確な対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、高い問題解決能力。 SAPのロジスティクス系ソリューション(SAP ERP SD・MM・WM、SAP S/4HANA SD・MMなど)の製品知識・導入経験。 TOEICスコア700点以上の英語力が望ましいが、スコアは絶対の評価基準ではなく、英語を使える能力もしくはその姿勢をもつことを重視する。
