Detailed Job Description:

10+ years of Strong ABAP experience focused on SAP HCM modules like Payroll, PA&OM, and Benefits etc. Integration experience with ADP, Kronos Time Management, CPI, CRM, Concur etc. Should have worked on modern solutions like Success factors with focus on Employee Central Applications, e-recruit etc. Very detailed understanding of HR specific ABAP infotypes, mappings, interfaces, forms, reports, BADIs etc. End to end life cycle experience Requirements gathering, Design, Develop, Test, Deploy, Post go Go live, along with typical production support issue and problem resolution Should have participated in ECC upgrade activities.
