Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role you'll be responsible for design, implementation, training, documentation, and communication of these processes within the Data Governance team. This position has a direct impact on the overall ability to achieve high quality master data within METTLER TOLEDO.
Key tasks and responsibilities:Taking part in the workshops and other meetings to understand the requirements, functional and technical scope of requested changes and the priorities on the business side.Designing and developing applications using SAP MDG, WebDynpro, HANA and other related technologies.Following SAP best practices and ensuring, that these practices are adopted within Mettler Toledo, in particular in Data Governance area.Applying design methodologies and tool sets; completing configuration and programming; designing and conducting development tests.Recommending system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of the SAP MDG and other related standard application offerings vs custom development.Completing application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development problems across multiple master data management process areas.Providing hyper care support as well as application maintenance support for the users of the systems supported by DG Product Team(s).Providing optimal solutions to enhancement change requests.Taking part in design and implementation activities in close collaboration with the Process Champions, Business Analysts and Solution Architect.Designing and conducting Unit Tests, support for User Acceptance Tests.Providing support for other team members and users of the systems supported by DG SAM/ECO Product Team.Providing strong ownership of driven changes, supporting delivery and making sure that change properly goes through its lifecycle.What You Need to SucceedBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years' SAP ABAP experience.Good knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP CRM and experience in SAP SD/MM or Data Governance is additional asset.Proficient English (written and oral).Strong communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, motivated individual who can efficiently influence delivery in matrix organization.Our Offer to YouStable employment conditions based on the contract of employment.Annual bonus.IP rights.Hybrid work model (2 days working from office).Medicover medical care with basic dental package.Life insurance with possible extension for your family members.Festive benefits paid in April and December.Medicover sport card.Language courses.Cultural events for employees and families.Space for your initiatives, charity & CSR actions.Discounts for meals and beauty products at the our Business Park.Diverse and inclusive workplace.About Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a leading global supplier of precision instruments and services.
