Enterprise Solutions Programmer Analyst role is to Implement and support SAP HCM payroll for US,CA,MX, working with Business , vendors, maintain related processes, such as service management, incident management, change management, release management etc. Payroll SME in SAP HCM technical aspect, an expert within change management and incident management processes. Hands on experience in programming related to gross to net payroll processing, Payroll/Time schemas, Financial posting, Tax and Tax reporting, Time recording and Time evaluations, Benefits administration, Garnishments, Read/Write/Modify functional Design documents such as FD,FMD, TD’s, build/modify interfaces, Reports, enhancements and etc. Responsible for effectiveness on all application controls related to SAP HCM application, as well as for timely testing and reporting on controls. Your Impact: As SAP ABAP Development Specialist your scope would consist of: Support SAP gross to net payroll daily basis for Mexico Work with business, Vendors, BPO providers to make sure employees are paid correctly and on time. Adhere to PepsiCo's security standards and policies including country specific ( US, Canada and Mexico) Deliver Solutions following SAP best practices and PepsiCo's controls. Protect Data based on country and PepsiCo's policies A lead in implementing SAP best practices following PepsiCo's process SAP Production Support (tickets) SAP Delivery (projects) Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? 6+ Years of SAP HCM Payroll experience (US/CA/MX) with configuration experince. Strong knowledge the ABAP language for SAP ECC (Must) and S4/Hana is a must. Fluency in Spoken and written English and Spanish languages is a must In depth SAP HCM US/CA/MX payroll configuration experience that include production support and projects Deep knowledge of Payroll/time schema and rules Deseable knowledge of financial posting,features, Taxes, 3PR etc In depth experience with gross to net payroll experience that includes various sub modules like Time management, CATS, Benefits, Taxes- BSI, Financial posting, 3PR, Garnishment, ALE/IDOC Integration knowledge with payroll and various downstream systems. Able to read/modify/write Functional Documents, field mapping documents and configuration rationale Complete knowledge of change management process including solution Manager and charm process.
