The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Qualifications-

Required:

Bachelor's Degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience6+ years of industry experience implementing and customizing FIORI applications in SAP S4-HANA environment and 3-4 implementations/ roll outs/ upgrades.3+ years of experience with S/4 HANA SAP FIORI (User Experience, Architecture, Mobile Devices, Cloud Extensibility, Designer, Gateway, and Set Up)3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP HRMust live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel
