Primary Duties & Responsibilities
This position will work closely with operations; supply chain, sales and finance to ensure the system data is accurate and correctly maintained. The candidate will also be responsible for training respective departments to enhance their abilities, performance and quality in use of their respective module(s) areas.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering or I.T. preferred 5 years in highly complex manufacturing environment SAP implementation experience preferred SAP experience specifically in MM, SD and FI modules. Business and process knowledge in Procurement, Sales and Material Management, focusing on Master Data setup and maintenance, Purchasing Info Records, Production Planning and Inventory Management. Experience with networked PC based computer systems (MS Office, Excel spreadsheets, MES/MRP systems, and accounting software) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with problem analysis and resolution Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others Ability to recommend and implement improvementsSkills
Capable of developing and implementing SAP tools and training programs Experience running SAP reports and providing data to senior leadership Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment Handle special assignments promptly and professionally Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competencyWorking Conditions
An employee in this position works in a manufacturing environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention. Strict adherence to corporate policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required.

Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently. They will ensure that risk assessments are performed, proper training, work instructions, required PPE is available, and will monitor compliance.

Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
