The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with complex networks, SAP modules, and process flows related to supply chain planning and operations. This is a critical role that will involve supporting business users, managing change, and resolving issues in the SAP environment. Responsibilities: + Provide IT support for supply chain and master data processes utilizing SAP ECC and SAP APO applications. + Understand and address business requirements for Global Supply Planning and Market Supply Logistics (MSL) domains. + Resolve service requests in alignment with SLA, ensuring timely resolution based on the criticality of the issue. + Test and validate enhancements, bug fixes, and system solutions in SAP APO. + Develop user job aids, documentation, and procedures for system use and troubleshooting. + Coach and develop users to enhance their understanding and use of SAP ECC & SAP APO. + Manage change management processes, including training and support for end users on SAP tools and solutions. + Support the execution of time sensitive processes like monthly cycles, ensuring continuous system support, including weekends when necessary. + Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deploy and support new tools or system solutions as needed for business operations. Required Skills & Experience: + BA/BS degree required. + 5/8 years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years focused on SAP APO/SNP. + Proven experience working with complex networks in SAP APO/SNP. + Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, particularly integration with MM and SD modules. + Expertise in CIF configuration and monitoring within SAP. + Deep understanding of supply chain concepts and how they apply in SAP. + Process flow knowledge for supply chain planning functions. + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently, with strong organizational skills. + Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience writing functional specifications based on business cases. + Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with multiple teams, and manage change effectively. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with geographically dispersed teams and business units. Desired Skills & Experience: + Previous experience with SAP APO and SNP in a complex, global supply chain environment. + Hands on experience with SAP ECC modules, particularly MM and SD. + CIF configuration and monitoring expertise is a plus. + Familiarity with Market Supply Logistics (MSL) and other supply chain domains within SAP.
