What you'll do

The Catalog Team manages the enablement of catalog content for Sellers on the Ariba Network and is responsible for the successful execution of the Buyer’s catalog enablement projects. We are looking for college/university students or graduates for the working period from 1st March until end of 2018 to support our team.

 

Position title: SAP Ariba iXp Intern – Catalog Enablement Associate

Location: Prague, CZ

Expected start date: November / December 2024

 

Support to correct errors (if any) after the catalog is live for more than 2 weeks

Maintaining catalog post Go Live requests from our clients in generic mailbox

Troubleshooting and analysis of errors in the catalogs in production

Reporting on status tasks done internally and externally

Usage of SAP Ariba applications and tools

 

Customer Focus

Delivers high-quality services on Catalog Enablement Projects to Sellers utilizing the Ariba Network and cooperates with Supplier Enablement Project Managers and Supplier Managers

Practice Development

Provides issue resolution related to Catalog Enablement process via the Ariba Network

Provides a deep knowledge of the Catalog Enablement processes and RACI

Teamwork

Works with internal resources to support and educate them on the Catalog Enablement

Provide best practices around Catalog Enablement to internal resources

Tracks and reports the progress on the Catalog Enablement process

Proactively escalates issues to Management, Supplier Enablement Project Managers, Supplier Managers and the Customer Support helpdesk

Delegate issues to appropriate team/individual

Leading own team of catalog experts

Is responsible for the onboarding and training of the new comers for the GDS department for the Catalog Enablement part

What you bring

Student (f/m) at a university or graduate

Fluent in written and oral English

Strong communication skills

Good analytical thinking skills

Technical understanding and capabilities

Microsoft Office knowledge
