Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an SAP B1 SME. In this role, you'll be instrumental in strategizing the consolidation of multiple ERP systems into SAP B1 for our client. With your knowledge of the potential and limitations of SAP B1, as well as your expertise in ERP migration strategies, data mapping, and process standardization, you'll be a crucial part of our team. Responsibilities: • Evaluate the existing ERP environment, considering workflows, data structures, and integration points • Create a detailed roadmap to merge five disparate ERPs into SAP B1, detailing phases, potential risks, and resource needs • Analyze and document the functional capabilities of SAP B1, identifying any gaps and potential customizations • Provide expert advice on data migration strategies, master data harmonization, and best practices for system integration • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline business processes and ensure they align with SAP B1’s capabilities • Identify and mitigate risks associated with system consolidation, including performance, compliance, and operational disruptions • Collaborate closely with IT teams, vendors, and business leaders to ensure a smooth transition • Suggest SAP B1 add-ons or third-party solutions to bridge functional gaps • Support change management efforts by providing training and documentation for key users. Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting to facilitate smooth interaction with the system • In-depth knowledge of Cloud Technologies to ensure efficient data storage and accessibility • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage company's interactions with current and potential customers • Understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to streamline and integrate operation processes and information flow in the company • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and software to support day-to-day operations • Experience with AB Testing to compare two versions of a webpage or other user interface to determine which one performs better • Expertise in API Development to allow the interaction between different software systems in a standard way • Understanding of Business Process Functions to help in the design and implementation of software solutions • Ability to create a detailed Business Requirement Document to capture the specific needs of the business • Proficiency in Configuration Management to manage systems in a way that a system maintains its integrity over time • In-depth knowledge of SAP B1 (Business One) to manage and streamline business operations • Experience with Data Migration to transfer data between data storage systems, data formats or computer systems • Mastery of Master Data Management to ensure the organization's data is uniform, accurate, steward and governed when necessary.
