Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a SAP Basis Manager who will play an integral part in our team, based in Woburn, Massachusetts. As a SAP Basis Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting our current ECC 6.0 environment and leading the migration to S/4HANA, while providing ongoing support for manufacturing operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities: • Lead the planning and execution of the S/4HANA migration project. • Provide expert-level support for the current ECC 6.0 environment. • Conduct comprehensive AS-IS to TO-BE assessments for the system transformation. • Collaborate with the project team on the S/4HANA migration planning and execution. • Perform system administration tasks, including performance tuning and troubleshooting. • Document requirements that can be transferred to the S/4HANA environment. • Maintain the ability to quickly adapt and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Be accessible and on-call as needed to support global operations. • Maintain strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team. • Gather and document requirements that can be transferred to the S/4HANA environment. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field. • Proficiency in SAP Basis is a primary requirement. • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC is necessary. • Must be well-versed in Cloud Technologies. • Experience in CRM is essential. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial. • Proficiency in Microsoft products is required. • Understanding of Business Process Functions is important. • Ability to draft Business Requirement Document is necessary. • Experience in Configuration Management is a plus. • Experience in Cloud migration is required.
