Job Description:
Provide Basis support for our client's SAP environment. Assist in day to day monitoring and support, as well as assisting on project work as needed. Experience in Enterprise Portal and CRM would be preferred.
Tasks to be performed:
Monitor SAP systems
Monitor early watch reports and make recommendations on the implementation of any hot notes it identifies
Assist in the implementation of monitoring using Solution Manager 7.1, including the setup of Solution Manager Diagnostics
