SAP S4 Hana Service Subscription Contract Management and Service Contract Software Application Techno Functional ConsultantDescriptionInternal/ExternalBusiness Introduction:Our team is looking for an SAP S4 Hana Service, Subscription & Contract Management Software Application Functional Consultant leader with broad technical experience in building solutions, designing, and developing Service, Subscription & Contract Management solutions. We are looking for an individual who understands and has end to end experience with SAP S4 Service with focus on Service Contract Management and BRIM.This individual must be an enthusiastic professional with flexible and diverse technical ability, good interpersonal skills, and someone who enjoys working in a cohesive and collaborative team. We are looking for a team player and leader, with strong functional & technical S4/Hana Service, Subscription & Contract Management knowledge, process, analytical, and communication skills, who is confident operating in a cross-cultural and geographically dispersed environment. Someone who thrives in an atmosphere which is challenging which requires flexibility and growth mindset learning opportunities. Solid understanding of Billing models, Contract Management, Order Management, Invoicing, and Financial reconciliation is required. Experience with different payment methods such as types of charging options credit card, direct debit, POs, etcAdditionally, good background in Service Orientated Architecture and Web Services.Key needs:Must have: Solid understanding and experience of SAP S4 HANA Service Contract Management / SAP SDMust have: Solid understanding and experience of SAP S4 HANA BRIMMust have: Solid understanding and experience of Billing, Subscription (including recurring payment models) and Usage Consumption ModelsMust have: Solid understanding of Contract Management and Service Order ManagementMust have: Equipment master data, billing, pricing, controlling, and financials. Must have: Ability to architect end to end SAP S4 Service solution and ensure team is delivering as per solutionMust have: Ability to act in a scrum master role and communicate well within cross-functional teams and to be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholdersMust have: Configuration experience within end SAP S4 Service solution End to EndMust have: Solid background in integration of systems, and Service Orientated Architectures (SOA)If you have solid experience with SAP S4/Hana Service, Subscription & Contract Management solution, you will have a chance to:Contribute functional knowledge expertise to design, develop, and implement integrated IT / business solutions focused primarily around the SAP suite of applications.Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT and work with the Architects to ensure that technical design meets the overall architecture for the solution, business requirements, IT standards and best practices.Collaborate and drive the work packages involving development, testing, documentation and implementation of IT solutions across different BusinessesFollow project management methodology (including Agile and Waterfall, etc) and ensure the timely delivery of solutions.Ability to define detailed estimates and scenarios for SAP Contracts implementations, rollout and support engagements/needsLead and participate on Global initiatives to develop processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards across all development on the SAP PlatformEffectively work across other organizations/vendors supporting HP to drive appropriate IT solutions. Also, work with other departments to identify, analyze and resolve problems.Ability to work with third party System Integration partners, including close collaboration, sharing of information, learning from experts and taking on future development and configuration of the implemented systemWork in a self-directed environment where strong teamwork, individual initiatives and accountability are highly valued.Handle most unique situations of a technical natureDevelop methods for supporting innovation and change across the organizationQualifications, Education and Experience:Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or IT or a related fieldPrefer 4-6 years of SAP S4/Hana Service solution experience.Prefer 4-6 years of Billing and Payment models/technologiesExposure / experience with SAP S4/Hana Service innovation engagementsExperience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and supportPrevious experience with REST and/or SOAP-based web services.Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activitiesExcellent in analysing business requirements and translating into IT design and detail sizingExperience with project management methodologies - Agile, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) including business process analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, documentation, etcMust be competent in using software development tools such as Eclipse & SOLMAN.Experience in development life cycle, release management and quality management processDemonstrated Functional and technical leadership skillsAbility to be open and flexible to work in different areas and apply expertise as industry and business needs shiftSuccessful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities such as integrity, attention to detail, deadline oriented, goal oriented and a motivatorAbility to interface with all levels in the organization and all levels of staff.Work effectively in geographically dispersed teamsMiddleware understandingStrong relationships attributes working with Mid-Level or Senior technical leaders and different levels of leadership/management.Excellent communication, attitude, negotiation skills, influencing and presentation skills required.Fluent in English both in written and oralAbility to travel ~25%Our future technology will be under the SAP S/4 Hana Service Subscription & Service Contract Management (SAP BRIM / SAP SCM) technology. There will be future need to understand & perform SAP BRIM, SAP SCM & SAP CRM configurations as well as the following future needs are desired:High Level Knowledge of other SAP modules - SD, FI/CO, RAR, MM and BWKnowledge of SAP technology stack such as SAP PI/POExperience SAP S4/Hana Service configurationExperience with SAP and non-SAP systems integration, performance test planning and testing execution coordination skillsSAP Certification is a plus, but not required
