Job Title: SAP Business One Implementation Lead Location: Remote Department: Information Technology Reports To: Applications and Acquisitions Manager Job Summary: The SAP Business One Implementation Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Business One functionalities, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure that their business processes are effectively supported and optimized. The Implementation Lead will coordinate with various stakeholders, leading a team made up of business users and IT resources, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: + Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Business One solutions from initiation  through to completion. + Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. + Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. + Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables. 2. Business Engagement: + Act as the primary point of contact for during the implementation process. + Understand and document requirements, business processes, and goals. + Provide regular project updates and manage expectations. 3. Team Leadership: + Lead and mentor a team of business users, IT professionals, and other project staff. + Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure effective team collaboration. + Foster a positive team environment and promote professional development. 4. Solution Design and Configuration: + Oversee the design and configuration of SAP Business One to meet requirements. + Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure that the solution aligns with business processes. + Ensure proper integration with other systems and data sources. 5. Testing and Quality Assurance: + Develop and execute testing plans to validate the SAP Business One implementation. + Identify and address any issues or defects during the testing phase. + Ensure the solution meets quality standards and business expectations. 6. Training and Support: + Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and client teams. + Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. + Ensure that users are effectively utilizing the SAP Business One system. 7. Documentation: + Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and training materials. + Ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation, with a track record of successful project deliveries. + Strong understanding of SAP Business One modules, functionalities, and best practices. + Excellent project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. + PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus. + SAP Business One certification is highly desirable. Working Conditions: + Full-time position. + Travel up to 60% may be required to company locations. + Flexible working hours may be required to meet project deadlines or accommodate different time zones.
