What is the role about? 

The SAP Business Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of SAP functionality across all business applications. This role involves providing expert recommendations and leading projects to optimize SAP usage, aligning with the strategic and performance objectives of the Anaheim Division. Additionally, this position supports the Anaheim site by addressing SAP application needs and implementing improvements, while also serving as the Digital Workplace (DWP) Champion.
 
Which tasks will you perform? 
You will: 

Function as primary SAP contact for all SAP users and provides end user support for all active SAP modules for Anaheim Division as Corporate SAP Super Key User.Recommend and or provide SAP training to improve use and knowledge of available tools and best practices.  Update SAP Procedures and work instructions as required.Seek ways to apply digital workplace technology to business processes to the Division on an active and continuing basis.Spearhead efforts to eliminate waste and improve processes and productivity within the active SAP modules.  Perform root cause analysis and work with other team members to implement corrective actions that improve data integrity and business rules.Participate in system design analysis and testing and test new SAP functionalities for division and those introduced by Corporate SAP Team.Ensure department data owners have a functional understanding of master data to comply with standards and use master data processes/tools effectively.  Coordinate and interface with all Department Managers and Leads to understand their information needs related to material set up and maintenance.Play a key role in enabling SAP users to be self-sufficient their use of the system.Analyze and provide digital workplace reports as requested by Department Managers.

 
What do we expect from you? 
You: 

BS in software engineering, information technology, related field or equivalent experience and certification.Five or more years of SAP systems-based experience supporting end users.Experience in SAP master data.Knowledge of a variety of SAP modules (i.e. MM, PP, SD and MD)STRONG EXCEL, pivot tables formulas, Macros, VLOOKUP’s etc. and good analysis, be able to pay close attention to detail.   Office 365 Solution ManagerStrong verbal and written communication skills. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Action oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management experience and skills.

The listed range for this position is $100,000-$130,000 but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation for this position would include other elements which include an annual nondiscretionary bonus.
