Job Description Project within one of our largest retail clients. Their goal for this new project will be to streamline their process within SAP and make changes with the process flow. The team and architects are still having discussions on the project, but they know they need a strong developer with 10+ years of SAP BWS4Hana experience to meet with stakeholders, understand the impacts of the current process, gather the information, and do the development to streamline the process Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and supporting business solutions leveraging SAP BW4HANA 2021. Translates business goals into appropriate solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution. Proactively identify process improvements including clear and concise solution definitions. Develops proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions. Develops and maintains working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams. Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to lay persons and demonstrate smart design techniques. Skills and Requirements 10 plus years of hands-on experience working with SAP BW in business process analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical/functional solutions delivery (configuration and custom development). Detailed knowledge of all the major business processes and associated functionality in BW associated with ECC FI, CO and PS domains Strong in SAP development methodologies including strong troubleshooting and issue resolutions skills. Focus will be SAP BW with a strong understanding of ECC or S/4HANA. Relevant experience with S/4HANA Finance is a plus. Experience in consumer retail domain preferred. Experience utilizing formal testing tools strongly desired.
