Job Title, Summary & Role Information:
As a CFE Consultant, you will work with a portfolio of customers for multiple regions. You will work as a subject matter expert, communicating a variety of topics, ranging from product capabilities to support tickets to projects. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and accountability for the overall customer communications experience. Primary competence should be communication skills and an interest in the delivery of solutions to meet business requirements related to Travel, Expense and Invoice delivered in the cloud is essential.
Understand your client’s business requirements in order to best configure the system and exceed client expectations. You will:
As requested, communicate (via phone, chat or online case/email/project) with the client, discussing: goals, priorities, product roadmap, monthly releases and positioning additional services for identified gaps Perform configuration changes as requested by the customer. Offer ongoing strategic guidance on customer’s business requirements. Assist in identifying usage gaps to increase adoption levels. Act as internal advocate on issues that need to be addressed by other teams within SAP Concur. Create and submit any Product Enhancement requests according to client needs and scope of SAP Concur products/services, where needed. Develop important interfaces and programs which will enhance product capabilities and (or) automate workings of the product and the work packages assigned to the team
Experience (Role Requirements):
Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in client-facing/customer service roles Ability to engage and manage customer stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills – ability to dive in and find solution to any challenge Strong organizational and planning skills to consistently deliver on commitments Ability to persuade and influence to achieve desired outcome Knowledge and grasp of programming languages such as Python & Java which will be used on internal projects. Programming language background, Java or C variants Technical knowledge in AI and robotic process automation Experience with SaaS, SAP Concur or Cloud solutions, travel & spend management - a plus Ability to perform under stress and with multiple concurrent tasks 40+ hours per week to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required or available Location of work: 80% in office
