SAP Developer - Level 3 - BODS
**Requisition Number:** 182365 **Job Description** Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Developer-Level 3-BODS (Business Objects Data Services) within our Corporate IT department. The SAP Developer-Level 3 is responsible for: application analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, maintenance and support for the delivery of projects and minor/major releases; working on small to large complex projects that require increased skills in multiple technical environments and knowledge of a specific business area; working closely with Functional Analysts and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and receiving guidance from more senior developers as needed. **Skills/Qualifications** Required: + Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience + Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BODS 4.3 and/or experience with older versions (3.x, 4.x) development and implementation for SAP + Minimum 5 years of SAP Data Services design, development and implementation experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation + Minimum 3 years of planning and organizational skills, including ability to engage with multiple development projects concurrently and working to tight deadlines + Minimum 3 year of process improvement experience for operational support systems + Minimum 3 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management + Cross-functional data knowledge of SAP components such as: Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Supply Chain Management (SCM, including APO, SNC), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Preferred: + Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality principles and technologies + Experience with SAP Information Steward + Experience with BODS performance tuning, real-time services, and BOBJ/BODS system administration Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, featuring employee health care premiums that are 30% lower than the national average for our industry.
