The SAP Development and Integration Lead is responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the work of the SAP Development and Integration Team. This team designs, programs, codes, tests, and debugs programs, function modules, and other development objects related to Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFWs) for all functional workstreams within the transformation. The lead will also oversee the implementation of enterprise application integration aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

The lead will facilitate communication between DT teams and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on application integration goals and outcomes. The lead will ensure standards are followed throughout all phases of the program, with a keen eye for quality and adherence to the defined schedule.

You are the ideal candidate if you have experience working within an organization responsible for driving large-scale, complex programs and projects related to business process and system transformation, ideally ERP implementation using SAP's S4 HANA solution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

Review design and development work products for completeness, functionality, and adherence to defined program standards.

Provide technical direction on the selection, evaluation and implementation of appropriate middleware technologies (e.g., IBM Sterling, Boomi, BizLink, Informatica, Talend) based on business need and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with program management and SAP functional teams to ensure integration of business processes and procedures with developed work products.

Maintain effective working relationships between process owners, SAP Functional and Technical team members, and end-users.

Resolve complex technical design and development issues in conjunction with Solution Architects, SAP, and system integrators.

Determine additional tools needed by the development team to perform duties. Work with program management and partnerships to purchase, license, and deploy.

Define, develop, and refine standards for programming within but not limited to: S4 HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:​ 

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience

Advanced degree and 10+ years' related work experience.

10+ years' experience working knowledge of all business process areas within SAP.

10+ years' in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP programming and the associated transactions and tools to support.

Green Card or Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. persons are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

Experience working on large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated, large organizations.

Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects.

Experience leading teams within large, complex A&D enterprise projects -- or similarly regulated large organizations.

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
