Work you’ll do

Develop a global community of SAP Supply Chain practitioners across DeloitteDrive and support Supply Chain pursuits and Practice Development initiatives Develop external eminence across the sub-capabilities in Supply Chain Promote and foster collaboration between Supply Chain practitioners in SAP and across Deloitte Promote an effective forum for sharing Supply Chain expertise 

The team

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. 

Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Our professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought pioneers.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 8 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industryDeep expertise with the SAP solution portfolio for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM, CS, MRS, Mobile, Intelligent Asset Management)Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)S4 HANA implementation experience Participation in all phases of at least 4 SAP EAM implementations with at least 2 in a Lead roleStrong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)Ability to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serveBachelor's degree or equivalent 

Desired: 

Experience leading pre-sales, proposal, and RFPs Experience managing senior-level client relationships Experience with developing eminence, thought ware and point-of-view materials SAP implementation experience within Aerospace & Defense industryUnderstanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies Signavio experience  Greenfield implementation experience Master’s degree Information for applicants with a need for accommodation

Wages + Salary

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $218,625.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
