SAP EWM Super User

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for SAP EWM users, providing hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting. Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to ensure smooth execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory management functions. Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy SAP EWM updates, configurations, and enhancements. Provide end-user training, develop documentation, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve system adoption. Support cross-functional teams in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. Ensure SAP EWM compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse automation and system efficiencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field. Good understanding of Excel, ability to run reports and utilize Excel to provide insights. Hands on experience working in a warehouse setting. Ability to train and support end-users with varying levels of SAP proficiency. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Compensation Range: $65000.00- 75000.00 per year contingent upon experience
