IS Service Owner–ERP Finance&Controlling

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development. Each day, you will utilize your knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing the development, and validating the functionality, of the final product. The work model for the role is #LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion business in Bangalore, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tFor AMEA Region, accountable for the management of the technical and functional landscape under Finance, including technical and functional integration, full end to end process coverage in a multi-country solution. •\tClosely collaborates with all other ERP functions, non-ERP domains to provide high value solutions.•\tResponsible for ensuring the successful execution of the development of the AMEA ERP roadmap for all demands under Financial Accounting•\tFull understanding of ABB regional IS landscape to properly evaluate End-to-end solution deployment and alternatives, creating a flexible and scalable ERP solution with minimal non-standard solutions.•\tActive management of demand to provide insightful feedback on project requests, relating to priority, alternatives and expectations. •\tSupports the installation/management/maintenance/optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to Financial accounting domain.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelors in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field;\t10+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong problem solving skills;\tMultiple Full Systems Life Cycle solution deployment in vital positions for Finance;\tStrong understanding of SAP integration points with other modules and overall End-to-end business processes;\tExtensive experience in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Taxation.\tExpertise in asset management module required.\tExperience of working on interfaces to third party systems.\tWorking knowledge of S/4 HANA with migration experience desirable.\tStrong SAP FI/CO configuration experience. Should be able to work on WRICEF and good knowledge of FI/CO integration with other modules.
