Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Techno-Functional Developer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP finance and controlling solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work collaboratively with business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-value solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Solution Design: Develop and implement functional solutions across multiple SAP modules, adhering to industry best practices to meet complex business requirements.Requirement Translation: Engage with business leaders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical and functional SAP solutions that align with strategic goals.Project Leadership: Oversee project activities within the finance and controlling domain, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.Stakeholder Influence: Act as the functional lead to guide strategic decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for new business processes and improvements to existing workflows, driving continuous operational excellence.IT and Business Alignment: Balance business needs with IT capabilities, focusing on standardization, risk mitigation, and maximizing business value.Required Skills & Qualifications:
SAP Expertise:Minimum of 10+ years of extensive experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, specializing in finance and controlling (FICO) modules.Proven ability to configure and support SAP finance modules, ensuring seamless functionality.Strong understanding of integrations with third-party systems.Accounting Knowledge: In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Business Architecture: Experience designing and implementing integrated platforms, providing both functional and technical expertise (preferred).Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Stakeholder Management: Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.Adaptability: Proven track record of working effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.Customer Focus: Strong customer service mindset, ensuring solutions deliver long-term value to the business.Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, fostering collaboration between IT and business teams.Preferred Qualifications:
