SAP FICO with product Costing

Work you'll do/Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to provide application support for our client's finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP FICO with a specific focus on Product Costing and Material ledger. + Should have excellent analytical skills and customer interfacing skills. + Should be able to analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications, especially on system integration mapping documentation. + Configure, and maintain and support the SAP FICO modules to meet the company's operational requirements. + Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SAP FICO with other enterprise systems. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP FICO enhancements and modifications. + Provide technical support and training to clients on SAP FICO products. + Strong expertise in SAP Product Costing, including configuration and integration. + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes Application Support: + Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues. + Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary. + Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health. User Training and Support: + Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization. + Develop user guides and documentation. + Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively. Liaison with Stakeholders: + Collaborate with the client's finance team to understand their needs and offer solutions. + Communicate regularly with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security. + Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches. The Team The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering addresses our clients' needs for on-going operations of their technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. Qualifications Required + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel. + Bachelor's degree, in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Proven experience in a similar role, providing SAP application support. + Experience with SAP FICO, Product Costing and Material Ledger is highly desirable. + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available + Role is remote Preferred + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 to $145,000 You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
