Job Family Definition:

Researches, designs, develops, configures, integrates, tests and maintains existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. Typical customers are company end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.

What you’ll do:

Responsibilities:

Provide solutions including how to leverage standard SAP S/4 HANA Finance functionality and how to enable requirements while maximizing the ROIDemonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and understands the long-term and short-term perspectives of an IT investment situationSupport finance business teams alongside other IT SAP membersPerform root cause analysis on persistent or major software & application related problems.Must be able to dive into existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced. Proven ability to provide technical direction for complex SAP S/4 finance system issuesSupport and promote integration relationships between IT and business functionsProvide accurate timelines for specific tasks assignedProvide end-user support especially during Month end closeWorking knowledge of configuration for FICO is a mustCo-ordinate and take the role of the functional consultant and support applications in your area of responsibility i.e, SAP Finance. Work with innovative mindset to improve deliveryContribute to the success of the implementation by applying knowledge of SAP Finance in GL, AP, AR, FA & Treasury to design and deploy enhanced processes and technical solutions in agile environment.Own the functional requirement gathering, designing and development activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop and deploy effective solutions.Support the local and global community in developing functional designs, making configuration changes, developing code and testing SAP application developments.

Knowledge and Skills:

FI module components include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury.CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing (including BOMs and Routings), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit CentersMaster Data components including Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and RoutingsAccounts Receivables, Credit, collection and disputeAccounts Payables including VIM/SR/OpenTextExtensive experience with FI/CO integration with other process modules, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM)Good understanding of Financial ProcessesKnowledge of external Tax Engine (i.e. Onsource), Concur and FSCM would be an added advantage

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

MBA or equivalent post-graduation with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.6+ years of experience in SAP FinanceExperience with minimum of 2-3 full cycle implementations of S4 Finance
