Boston University Information Services & Technology (IS&T) is looking for an SAP Functional Analyst to join our Applications team! The SAP Functional Analyst III will be part of a high performing and dynamic IS&T organization providing innovative solutions utilizing the SAP Human Capital Management module. This role focuses on SAP configuration within Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits (BE), Time (TM), and Payroll (PY) modules.
The SAP Functional Analyst III will have experience in Human Resource policies along with SAP Technologies and best practices, including, but not limited to, SAP ERP, Business Suite on HANA, ESS/MSS, SAP Fiori, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Typical activities will include:
Working in a collaborative environment with clients and developers to deliver robust solutions that follow SAP best practices Execute and configure within SAP modules Strategic analysis and functional design documentation based on business requirements Participating in project implementations Monitoring, prioritizing, and working on product backlogs and support tickets Define and execute test phases within project implementations
