SAP Functional Architect, Forecast to Produce

What you will do:

Responsible for architecting and designing SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensuring integrity of design through to implementation Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, sustainment and project partners to ensure SAP solutions in the Forecast to Produce area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives Determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives Define functional requirements and capture them in configuration rationale and functional specification documents. Validate any proposed development estimates Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements Define and/or execute test plans and review outcomes to validate solution meets intent and is appropriate in response to business demand for change Assist with the prioritization of demand items in the F2P space When necessary, assist managed service team with any escalated incidents and recommend/confirm appropriate actions to resolve

What you will bring:

8 or more years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent Experience working in any of the following SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, ECC, PP, PM, EAM, QM, MRP Effective with creative solutioning and communication to influence and facilitate resolution of a problem/business issue History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and facilitation skills Ability to work independently or as a team with both technical and non-technical staff Willingness to learn, teach and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users Able to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Results driven

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

$117,920 - $162,140 USD.  This range is estimated for an SAP Functional Architect, Forecast to Produce in Loveland, CO.  Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
