Collaborate with Vertical Tower Heads to enable KPI’s & Metrics reporting frameworks through relevant Dashboards & Visualizations leveraging the knowledge of source data. 

Be responsible for identifying, collecting & analyzing both structured & unstructured data across the complete canvas of procurement processes like contract management, sourcing, procurement planning, procure to pay, stock/non-stock procurement, service procurement, inventory management, etc. and special procurement processes like subcontracting, consignment, stock transfer etc. 

Recommend and configure required enhancements to capture the information required. Lead solution architecture, perform impact analysis and manage team of consultants to perform the required customizations, if any. 

Ensure all relevant procurement data (structured & unstructured) is captured in the Enterprise Data Lake with relevant decision rules, standards, security & governance. 

Work with the identified Strategic Partner & Vertical Tower Heads in assessing feasibility of KPIs while freezing the KPI Library & ensure the same is built into the reporting framework. 

Education Qualification 

Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering; MBA/PGDM, CA 

Certification Required 

Certification on SAP S4 HANA MM Module is preferred 

Experience 

5 to 8 years of experience in the SAP MM, Ariba

Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels 

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

Be thorough in handling day to day trouble shooting 

Be capable to handling new change requests and deliver the same

Required Skills for SAP Procurement Functional Analyst 

Experience should be in planning of Enhancement Rollout Strategies, Implementation of customization of procurement processes like procure to pay, stock/non-stock procurement, service procurement, inventory management, physical inventory etc. and special procurement processes like subcontracting, consignment, stock transfer etc. 

Thorough understanding of Global template, SAP Table structures across Procurement modules. 

Knowledge on SAP Ariba, Vendor Portal and its integration with SAP 

India experience preferred regarding GST and other Taxation Implementation 

Have expertise in configuration of enterprise structure, release strategies, output determination, account determination etc. 

Have expertise in MM-FI, MM-SD, MM-PP integration etc. 

Must have exposure in preparing BPP's, Configuration Documentation, functional specification documents for WRICEF objects. 

Must have exposure of Solution Manager, HPQC or any other ticketing Tool 

Must have knowledge of Report Painter / Writer 

Experience to support design of Dashboards & Visualizations
