The Security Administrator has to have strong knowledge on Finance related application services along with Analysis for Office and Business Objects which ensures alignment and delivery of all SAP services for Dow Jones. Support of SAP is an integral component in the delivery of both business efficiencies and tangible benefits given that it is the ERP system of choice across the DJ businesses enabling an integrated approach involving systems, processes, and people. The SAP Security Administrator will maintain roles, support automated user provisioning and support periodic reviews of user access to maintain a well-controlled financial system protected against unauthorized access or use. The administrator can expect to collaborate with process team leads and end users to support BAU operations. Security Administrators need expertise in SAP authorizations, GRC Access Control processes and configurations and security best practices. Additionally, an administrator must be able to effectively and efficiently collaborate with other specialists and engineers to create well-designed, reliable, and scalable solutions.** **Job Description** **Role** **Provide SAP Security Administration support for SAP S/4 Hana 1709 On-Premise ERP system supporting Finance business users. Administer the security for each of the following architecture components.** + **SAP S/4 Hana Digital Core 1709** + **SAP GRC 10.1** + **SAP BRIM – Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, Convergent mediation** + **SAP Technical tools like Process Orchestration, Hana Studio, Solution Manager, etc** + **Fiori, Web GUI, SAP GUI and NWBC** + **SAP Solution Manager 7.2** + **Embedded BPC Embedded BW and Analytics** **OpenText - Invoice capture, Document Archiving and Vendor Invoice Management** + **Business Objects and WebI** + **Analysis for Office Reporting** + **Connectors - Blackline, Concur, cForia and Vertex** **Responsibilities** + **Create. Update and Maintain technical and business roles in the S/4 and Fiori systems.** + **Analyze authorization issues in both S/4 and Fiori systems and make changes following Dow Jones’ life cycle and naming conventions** + **Coordinate with IT stakeholders including the basis, development and process teams.** + **Interact with End Users around the world inside and outside of** + **Finance.** + **Support User Access Management workflow issues** + **Support Periodic User Access Reviews** + **Run Risk Analysis Simulations.** + **Support annual disaster recovery testing** + **Handle role removals and other user clean up tasks.** + **Create Process Orchestration users as needed for new interfaces.** + **Maintain GRC workflows as needed to support ongoing evolution of Access Management processes.** + **Support periodic refreshes of non-production clients.** + **Support Process controls** + **Support periodic audit requests for evidence and reports** **Skills & Experience** + **Proven working and hands on experience with 5 or more years in SAP security administration and GRC administration** + **Experienced in making role changes to financial system roles.** + **Deep level of knowledge on SAP authorizations** + **Experience with creating or modifying Access Control workflows.** + **Experience with configuring Access Control 10.1 and above.** + **Experience in SAP BRIM security. Security administration of components like Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation** + **Experience provisioning access on BW objects and Business Objects.** + **Highly self-motivated, work ethic driven with keen attention to detail and exceptional customer orientation** + **Strong analytical skills; ability to perform complex systems analysis and draw conclusions by relating information from different sources, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution** + **Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills** + **SAP certification in security administration or GRC Access Control is desirable.** + **You are resourceful and like to research everything, Google is your best friend** + **Have an insatiable thirst to be successful and motivation to make it all happen** This job is posted with NTS Technology Services Pvt.
