Our HR business process services cover workforce management, time and attendance, local and global Payroll, talent administration, and people analytics. **The Role: Italy Senior SAP HCM Time Management Consultant** The Global TM department is responsible for: + Technical maintenance of outsourced SAP HR solutions of our clients, module SAP TM; + Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment; + Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients’ changing needs. The SAP Italy TM Consultant is a member of the Global TM department. His role is to provide appropriate application maintenance consultancy to Strada outsourced clients through advice, guidance, technical support and problem solving. **Key Responsibilities:** Integrated into the Application Services department and under the supervision of a Team Manager, as a Senior SAP HCM TM Consultant you will be involved in the support of our outsourced clients as follows: + Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities; + Proactively collaborate with other team members, HRO colleagues, labor consultants + Manage tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way to implement it; + Generate easy-to-maintain bug free code and customizing respecting Strada best practices; + Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications; + Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled; + Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met; + Regularly report on status and progress to the project PM/ Client Service Manager; + Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues; + Understand the general flows in Global HRIS systems and SAP HR architecture. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities:** + Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resources; + Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards; + Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability; + Be committed to the customer, the team and the project; + Italian laws knowledge and understanding + Strong analytical and problem solving skills; + Understand the architecture of SAP HCM solution for Italy and good knowledge of SAP HR Time Management module for Italy; + Ability to translate functional description in technical solution; + Experience in application maintenance, Employee Central and Fiori are an asset. **You have:** + 5/6 years of experience in SAP HR Time Management modules + Good verbal and written communication skills in English We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. **DISCLAIMER:** Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job to other entities; including but not limited to subsidiaries, partners, or purchasers of Alight business units. .
