Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a SAP HCM Payroll Developer to join their team. As a SAP HCM Payroll Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Payroll project implementation team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** SAP HCM Payroll Developer
**Location: Spring, TX (100% onsite)**
**Pay Range:** $70 to $95 p/h on w-2
**Duration: 12 month contract**
**What's the Job?**
+ Providing functional consulting support on SAP HCM Payroll/Time module with hands-on experience.
+ Collaborating with project teams and vendors to support the Payroll project implementation.
+ Evaluating and clarifying existing Payroll/Time configurations in partnership with the vendor.
+ Investigating issues and providing technical explanations during the testing phase.
+ Monitoring and resolving incidents/problems to support the business effectively.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-10 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with hands-on configuration experience.
+ Experience with Payroll implementation in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Argentina is beneficial.
+ Proficiency in English (written & oral) with strong analytical skills.
+ Experience in SAP Time Management and ABAP debugging is a plus.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate proactivity.
