At Deloitte, you’ll work with the best in the business to solve their toughest problems. As a Senior Consultant in the SAP Offering, you will contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Consulting LLP and the SAP Offering in a variety of ways, including:  

As part of an engagement team deliver SAP implementation projects - use expertise to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, be involved in the design and implementation of solutionsBe a part of a team that works with clients on leading practices and technology/industry trendsContribute to go-to-market and internal initiatives to drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitabilityContribute and support sales pursuit efforts Get involved in developing global community of SAP Supply Chain practitioners, foster collaboration improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff

The team

Deloitte’s SAP practice helps clients move from legacy systems to enterprise-wide solutions by efficiently designing and implementing SAP solutions. Each SAP implementation focuses on achieving results that support businesses strategies through process improvement, technology, and innovation. 

Our work is varied and challenging, involving clients considering first time implementations as well as those experienced businesses looking to enhance their business applications. We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react in digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Our professionals have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and committed thought pioneers.

Qualifications

Required:

At least 5 years’ relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industryDeep knowledge and business process experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning)solutionsFunctional configuration and design experience with SAP IBP, specifically experience with at least one of these modules - SAP IBP Demand Planning, SAP IBP Response & Supply, SAP IBP Inventory Optimization, or SAP IBP Sales & Operations PlanningS4 HANA implementation experience Participation in all phases of at least 2 SAP Supply Chain/IBP implementations with at least 1 in a Lead roleExperience with blueprint design workshops with cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to travel up to 50% based on work you do and the client and industries/sectors you serve Bachelor's degree or equivalent 

Desired: 

Knowledge and experience with SAP PP, and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)Experience with integration between SAP ECC or S/4HANA and IBP using SAP Cloud Integration-Data Services (CI-DS) or Real Time Integration (RTI)Understanding of SAP ASAP and Agile methodologies Signavio experience  'Greenfield implementation experience  Master’s degree

Wages + Salary 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
