SAP Implementation Consultant – Transport Management and or Warehouse management modules (SAP TMS/ EWM)

Are you experienced in supply chain management, various logistics processes, and have a strong consultancy background in implementing SAP Transport Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)? 

We have an exciting challenge for you! Our Logistics team at Siemens Global Business Services supports Siemens organizations, and we are looking for a hands-on consultant to work closely with our various business units to implement the TMS and warehouse SAP modules worldwide.

Main Tasks of System Implementation:


Drive the implementation project from an IT perspective, coordinating involved parties alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.Support the overall implementation of the SAP Transportation Management module and/or EWM as part of a larger transformation project within Siemens.Define customization and development requirements based on business needs.Create functional specifications for necessary developments to be implemented within SAP.Perform functional tests based on new customizations and developments in the SAP TM module.Support cut-over activities during different roll-out phases.Define future solutions and concepts for process optimizations and manage the implementation of suggested solutions.

What We Expect from the Logistics Consultant:


A strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and warehouse processes.Experience with SAP implementation projects in multi-landscape scenarios with multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.Excellent knowledge of the SAP TM and/or EWM module in SAP S/4.Experience in supporting fit-gap analysis is an advantage.Professional communication skills, capable of selling your ideas and convincing others, with a structured and analytical approach to understanding complex environments.Experience in Shared Services/Business Services and an international environment is an advantage.Willingness to travel to customer locations.A very good command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
