SAP Instructional Designer

Location: You’ll have the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere across the US.

Salary: $50-55/hr

Duration of contract: 6-12 months

Now is the time to bring your research expertise to an SAP Trainer role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As an SAP Instructional Designer with Insight, you’ll apply instructional design principles and proven learning theories to develop training assets. You will collaborate closely with Course Owners through the development and review process. Along the way, you will work under the guidance of the Training Development Lead, hand in hand with Course Owner, System Integrators, and Business Resources, to develop training assets across a variety of mediums (ILT / VILT, WBT, Job Aids, Simulations, etc.)

Create consistent development of materials Leverage SAP implementation experience and use curriculum and training requirements to inform the design and development of relevant and effective training assets Develop detailed storyboards and scripts Design visual elements, graphics, and multi-media assets to enhance the presentation and comprehension of learning content Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. What you will need to succeed:

5+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design on digital transformations Subject Matter knowledge of SAP Workstreams (RTR, C2C, P2P, TM, EWM, MDG, IBP); Workstream specialty preferred Proven experience in e-learning development and adult learning theory Proficiency in Enable Now Knowledge of Skyllful a plus Strong visual design skills, excellent written and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts and ideas Confidently work with a geographically dispersed business structure Spanish fluency a plus Adaptability in a change project environment
