Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP ISU Cutover Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Role: SAP Cutover Manager

Job Level: Associate Director

Location: Phoenix, AZ. Work from home - Hybrid.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

We are seeking an expert in SAP Cutover Management.

Role Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for IT projects. Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, encouraging teamwork and ensuring each team member understands their role and responsibilities. Budget Management: Supervise and run project budgets, making informed decisions to optimize resource utilization and control costs. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to prevent potential issues that could impact project success. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure work meets established standards and requirements. Cutover Planning: Develop and execute a detailed cutover plan, coordinating activities to minimize downtime and disruptions during the transition phase. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel and technology, to meet project and cutover requirements. Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to find solutions and keep the project on track. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and cutover plans. Post-Implementation Review: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, identify lessons learned, and apply insights to future projects. Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management and cutover processes. Training and Support: Provide necessary training and support to end-users during the cutover phase to ensure a smooth transition to new systems or processes. Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience, with a solid background in SAP Cutover Management

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
