What you’ll do:

 

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Adoption and Success Marketing

 

Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square

 

Expected start date: October 2024

 

Duration: 6- 12 months

 

Working hours: part time - full time 20hrs./week - 40 hrs./week

 

The Adoption and Success Marketing team at SAP has a clear objective to help drive customer success in the cloud through data-driven marketing initiatives. We're focused on supporting customers in their solution purchase and adoption journey while amplifying their voice and value to foster advocacy and loyalty.

 

The Adoption and Success marketing team is looking for a creative, highly motivated, team player with a growth mindset. This intern will support cross-team programs that are key to the SAP priorities for driving software adoption and consumption, fostering customer loyalty, and elevating customer success.  

 

The role reaches across the key SAP solution areas, including the SAP Services and Support portfolio. We are a fast-moving, data and results-driven team with a common mindset – always putting the needs of our customers first.

 

 

Responsibilities 

 

 

Assist in the development and translations of a core set of compelling marketing assets for key topic areas Develop internal/external newsletters and deliver analysis for performance (e.g. email open rates, click-through rates) and asset consumption Publish and help amplify content through targeted internal and external channels (including social media, newsletters, and content management platforms)  Support event planning to integrate and manage adoption topics and SAP Services and Support portfolio presence in flagship SAP events Support marketing operations by maintaining team resource sites, supporting team meetings, and other projects as needed

Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills  Copywriting interest/experience  Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word  Can prioritize and manage projects and timelines, and align with stakeholders  Able to work in a team and collaborate effectively  Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail   Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities/complexities  Independent and analytical thinker who enjoys contributing new ideas and solving problems   Pro-active self-starter with self-organization skills who can own a project from start to finish (this role is a fully integrated team member with own responsibilities and deliverables)  

 

Educational Requirements 

 

Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing or Communications.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role.
