What you’ll do:
Position title:SAP iXp Intern - Paralegal
Location: Prague
Expected start date: January/February 2025
You will be given the chance to learn and develop alongside some of the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the technology industry, as well as adapting and gaining a vast amount of responsibility and exposure.
As an intern, you will gain experience working within the in-house legal department of a multinational technology company. Your primary roles will include reviewing and advising on SAP and customers non-disclosure agreements, procurement and marketing documentation, assisting with the administration of SAP standard documentation and assisting lawyers in sales transactions. The geographic scope of your role will be diverse and varied, ranging from your standard responsibilities, to assisting with other legal department matters, such as litigation support and their ad hoc tasks. The broad range of opportunities provided to you during your time with SAP will assist you in focusing in on particular areas of law that you have a passion to pursue in your postgraduate career.
What you bring:

Studying a law degree at accredited university
Very good level of English language
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Time management and the ability to multi-task

SAP Legal delivers innovative solutions to ensure SAP’s sustainable success and this role is in the EMEA Field Legal part of SAP Legal. You will join a number of other legal colleagues based in Prague but work with a geographically diverse team as one EMEA legal team.
