What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Sales, Content & Communication, NA Midmarket  

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Working Model: Hybrid (2-3/Week)

Schedule: 40 HR/week 

Expected start date: Early 2025

Duration: 6 Months

 

The Digital Content Management and Creation team is looking for a Sales Content specialist/expert to support planning, production, and writing of multi-channel sales campaigns.

The ideal candidate has an interest and/or expertise in copywriting, communications, and sales/demand generation. We’re looking for someone who enjoys writing and wants to improve sales outcomes.

The Digital Content Production Fellow is responsible for writing and producing sales campaign emails/copy (the Midmarket calls them SPRINTS) that are executed using Outreach.io sequences. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on copywriting skills which will be customer facing.

 

• A digital native with proven experience in copywriting and email communications.

• A storyteller and content creator with a knack for making technical material compelling, accessible and relevant to various target audiences.

• A multiplier, someone who goes beyond the job description to contribute strongly to others on a high performing team.

• A creative and critical thinker who thrives when experimenting and iterating to improve results.

• Adept at tailoring tone, content and framing of communications materials to best resonate with target audiences.

• Flexible, self-aware, highly motivated and open to feedback

• Sales email campaign copywriting

• Coordinate and manage sales campaign content strategy and implementation

• Coordinate and qualify incoming requests for new projects.

• Interface and collaborate with stakeholders and teams across the organization to execute on sales campaigns

An ideal candidate would have the following:

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field of study 

• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently

• Ability and confidence to conduct research and self-educate on job related soft skills

• Possesses a positive self-motivated can-do attitude

• Effective time management and project management skills

• Knowledgeable in communications, content development, and social media

• Effective storytelling and copywriting/editing skills

 

There is a huge opportunity for this individual to go far beyond writing copy/emails if interested. This individual will have, if they choose, the opportunity to engage 1:1 or 1:Few with both VP's of sales as well as account executives. They will work hand-in-hand with our Digital content specialist, Outreach.io administrators, and Demand Management Directors to craft and hone outbound messaging which will be A/B tested and directly influence target prospect's buyer journey.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 0 - 0(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
