Experience
Required Experience for IT Business Planning Manager, Provided by Contractor, Shall Include:
• Minimum 10 years SAP business project, planning and requirement development experience
• Has worked on at least 3 large SAP projects within a state/local government setting
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing projects within a state/local government setting
• Excellent facilitation and overall communications skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
• Knowledge of and experience with Florida Tax Law
Required Duties and Responsibilities of Contractor Include:
• Improve and enhance overall requirements management policy
• Lead and facilitate analysis of SAP business requirements and processes including meeting with decision-makers, systems owners, developers, and data owners
• Conduct fit-gap analysis to appropriately map As-Is SAP requirements to To-Be requirements
• Ensure quality control measures and procedures are followed in the development and maintenance of SAP requirements
• Develop and implement overall SAP data archiving project plan
• Lead project team in relation to standards, methodologies and processes to ensure efficient development and implementation of data archiving system
• Apply project management methodology and standards to project activities in order to meet business expectations
• Track program against its schedule, budget and objectives
• Discern appropriate communication to executives to drive decision-making
