Overview The Manufacturing Deployment Resource will be accountable for assisting the Manufacturing Deployment Manager in all preparation required for Training activities for the Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Order to Cash (OTC), Process Areas. The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in any of the following functions: Operations, Sales, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse across manufacturing plants, DSD satellite warehouses and Cross Dock facilities. This role will partner across the organization with the larger PBNA ERP project and Deployment team. The position requires working with the frontline, supervisors, and overall site leadership in the education and rollout of SAP process focused on Maintenance. This role will teach and rollout processes which will be utilized in the future as the new SAP platform across the supply chain. The foundation of this role will require involvement in System Testing, development of Training Material, Site Readiness Activities, and Deployment responsibilities in Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, and GTM. Responsibilities Work closely with the frontline and salaried teams in Production, Quality and Maintenance to teach and guide them through new SAP processes. Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Manufacturing. Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality – includes Testing, Training & Deployment Support development of end-user training. Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing) Support change management, and end user training sessions. Assist development and validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configuration Identify defects and gaps in SAP vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA Project Team. Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA Central PGT Leadership Provide Deployment & Hypercare support Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 - 3 years in bottling operations in Manufacturing, Warehouse, and/or Inventory capacity Strong understanding of Warehouse and Manufacturing Cycle of Operations. Willing to challenge group thinking and ask difficult questions Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices Effective team player Strong facilitation skills Positive and motivated to change and simplify processes Ability to perform and prioritize under pressure Effective communicator, both written and oral Strong analytical, process orientation, and collaborative skills.
