The Team

The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience. Keeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization’s productivity through their human capital asset. The client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is delivered.

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Collaboration with functional teams Incident Resolution Implementing SAP OM/PA solution Onshore offshore coordination Monitoring ticket queues S4Hana improvement suggestions & implementation Critical Incident Management Status reporting Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience Proficiently work in Microsoft Office Products such as Projects, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications-

Required:

Bachelor's Degree preferable in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT Discipline; or equivalent experience 6+ years of industry experience implementing SAP HCM Core HR – Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administrations (PA) or Time Management/Payroll modules. Robust understanding of SAP ECC and S4 HANA HCM/Time/Payroll data structures. At least one full project lifecycle for ECC to S4 HANA upgrade/migration including Business Partner conversion Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

Experience working with State and Local governments as well as Higher Education institutes 2+ years of experience working on SAP Benefits module 2+ years of experience with Payroll Control Center
