At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In SAP programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects within an organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Working in SAP programme management, you will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of SAP solutions.

JOB OVERVIEW
Years of Experience (Senior Associate minimum 5 - 9 years of experience)
Position Requirements :
● Excellent Communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a PMO and play key role in Strategic Project Planning, Goal Setting
● Excellent skills in Project Execution and Governance
● Ability to create Reports, Presentations, documents, use tools and software to manage ss to
project data, project finance
● In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the
life cycle of the project:
o Regularly interact with the onsite/offshore team/client
o Coordinate status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
o Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Desired Knowledge:
● 5 to 9 years of hands on experience in Project Management
● Experience in supporting project management activities for multinational large scale
SAP implementations
● Experience in performing project management activities from offshore that includes/
support project initiation, cost management, communication, preparing status, quality
management/ monitoring, resource management, risk management, etc.
● Experience in project management tool such as SAP Solution Management, Microsoft
Project Planning, JIRA, etc.
● Basic understanding of SAP implementation methodology such as SAP ASAP, SAP
Activate, Waterfall, Agile, etc. Exposure/ experience to various project phases
Professional and Educational Background :
Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization.
Minimum domain experience is preferable.
